A program of qualitative and quantitative research carried out by Ergo Strategy, an independent research agency, on behalf of nbn co.
The objectives of the study were to determine what matters most to developers when choosing a network provider; and, what matters to buyers in New Developments when it comes to their network service provider.
The study explored who is buying in New Developments; what they’re purchasing (e.g. single dwelling units in master-planned communities; or town-houses; or an apartment in a multi-dwelling unit); what they spend; and how attitudes to the internet and their network provider differs by different New Developments-buying cohorts.
